$100k would be great. $1M would be life changing. I say flip the coin.

I'll take the $100K. Money isn't everything.

$100k.

Would be more than enough to pay off my wife's student loans, her car, set aside a nice chunk for baby UKMF's college fund, and still have a really nice head-start on a down payment for our next home.

Easily take the chance at a million.

I'll take the guaranteed money.

$100k.

By the time baby UKMF hits college, it will cost over $100K With all the things you want to do I suggest you flip the coin. LOL

Gamblers gamble. I'll take the coin flip all day.

After an incident last night, I take the $100k.

Back around late spring, I went to a minor league game with a friend, and lucky me, I was chosen to make a fool of myself between innings. So I go out on the field, sing All About the Bass, even though my voice is more baritone, and get I nice little gift bag sponsored by the KY lotto. Among the contents of the bag was a coupon for $25 of free lotto tickets, with the catch being it wasn't valid until early this month.

Fast forward to yesterday morning, as I looked in the mirror and pumped myself up for the day, I noticed the coupon in the corner of the mirror, put it in my pocket, forgot about it, and got on with the inspiration.

After work, I go to my local filling station to take my chance at free money and my brain short-circuits. Spellbound by the potential $10M on the ticket, I request the $25 ticket and get to scratching.

After revealing my winning numbers, reality sets in that my odds of winning are astronomical, and that the intelligent thing to do would have been buying 25 $1 tickets and raking in the winnings.

Naturally, I scratched a loser. Lesson learned.

Give me the guaranteed cash every time.

100K. No question. The rest of you, except that fluke, are still broke after the fact.

I would buddy up with somebody and walk away with $500K each :D

14 people have responded so far.

8 people took the $100K

The other 6 flipped the coin and that means 3 of them won $1M (probably)

Safe Betters = $700,000

Gamblers = $3,000,000
