It's something I enjoy with a bourbon. I've never made any myself but habe friends who do . If you like cured meat I recommend everyone look for restaurants who offer these platters.

I first read it as "caricature" and was thinking from the title he was wondering who could draw a picture of themselves, but also thought that it was an unusual thing to ask.
