I second Matt Dillon...

Admiral James Greer ( James Earl Jones ) in the Jack Ryan Films...

The Sergeant ( Lee Marvin ) in The Big Red One...

My Vote for 1st Female President would be Dr. Elizabeth McCord ( Tea Leoni ) in Madame Secretary...

Nevermind, I didn't see the qualifier..:lol2:

If he qualified and Jack was still there to guard his interests he'd have my vote and id be campaigning for him.

The only qualifier: the fictional character could not have played the President in a movie, TV show, book, etc.

Give me Atticus Finch, as portrayed by Gregory Peck in To Kill A Mockingbird.

What say you?

Jack Reacher

(from the book series. NOT Tom Cruise!)

Col. Sherman T. Potter

Regular Army guy who knew when to hold people's feet to the fire and when to turn them loose and let them do what they do best. Respected authority, but didn't cave into pressure from superiors/peers when faced with something that was wrong.

And heck, why not have Radar as his Chief of Staff? :lol2:

Lt. Mark Rumsfeld from The 'Burbs

There go the brownies

Great call CSF...!!! :thumb: and with his love of horses "The Commonwealth" may get some quality federal funds to make our great state that much better! :sarcastic:

M*A*S*H is one of my favorite TV Shows! Sherman was fair and balanced...no nonsense, a good team builder...a tough nosed diplomat who knew the strengths and weaknesses of his camp. I think you nailed it! :thumb:

I'd vote for him.....TWICE!!!

Sheriff Andy Taylor...

He's not fictional.....:lol2:

John 'Bluto' Blutarsky
