February 22, 201610 yr @jonHeyman: Jays are said to like Jay Bruce very much. Word is, deal could be in works.

February 23, 201610 yr Man, sure hate to pay major league prices to watch a AAA minor league team. Think I'll just drive down to Louisville to watch a few Bats games. I always have fun there and I'm pretty fond of those sausage and peppers sammiches!
February 23, 201610 yr Unless the reds are getting a good return. I would take my chances and hope Bruce has a bounce back year and try to trade him at the trade deadline.

February 24, 201610 yr And I can envision some Tuesday night home games this year where the actual attendance is less than 5,000... Yep...sadly the new TV contracts start paying around $32 million more this year than they have made in the past. So 5000 on a Tuesday night won't bother them upstairs to much.
