Haven't played the U-Club, I like the other two pretty well.

Our wrong handed/right minded friend is a member there. We should all make a day and go play it this spring.

Heritage Hill is a great course. One of my faves.

I'm seriously considering joining you. However, not sure about you but I'm quite sure my swing will be more creaky than a rusty gate. I have played a handful of holes though, quite a bit earlier than I usually do.

I haven't played since the middle of October. Won't have time to play anytime soon, but hoping to play a lot more this summer.

Only new purchase this off season is a new bag. Will that shave any strokes off? :lol2:

Same here.

I'm getting an advertisement on preps for a wedge (xE1) does anyone own one or know anything about it.

Sunny with a high of 73. The rest would be icing on the cake. Have only played a couple of rounds this season. One was Saturday and my swing was creaky like a rusty gate.

Olberhauser is pushing these on Golf Channel. I've not used or seen one. They are not USGA legal, but who cares among buddies and Saturday AM games.

Seen him advertising these, but not once have I heard this mentioned, unless I'm just not listening(which is a good possibility). Does he state in the commercial they aren't legal? If not I find that very disingenuous on his part.

Probably wouldn't help me much.

I did spend a dollar earlier in the month on a "novelty driver".

Not mentioned on commercial. Might be in small print somewhere, I'm not sure.

I believe more than half the guys in my regular 15-20 player rotation have some sort of illegal / gadget club in their bag. I don't think its that big of a deal among weekend hackers. I've been using a long putter for about 8 years now, NOT gonna stop just because USGA has disallowed. Their aim is more toward the professionals & upper level amateur play.

Personally I'd rather not carry an un-approved club or ball, but that's just me. I'd hate to buy a club or a dozen balls only to find out afterward they were "illegal". I also don't remember the golf channel advertising un-approved equipment in the past, but I could be wrong on that.

Gonna tee it up at 12:50 Sunday at Heritage Hill in Shepherdsville. Anybody interested?

@THE SHERIFF i sent you a pm, I can play tomorrow...call me.

I played Blue Ash GC in Cincy a few weeks ago when we had a warm Sunday. Playing Legendary Run tomorrow...cannot wait! Two of the best public courses in Greater Cincinnati in February. Life is good!
