It feels a lot better being on the opposite side of the bullpen blowups...

1-8 with 7 LOB and 2 K so far today for Felipe and Austin...

Its always nice to see a 1-2-HR-3 9th to close it out.

Brings back those fond memories of Danny Graves.

These next 2 weeks are big. They play the Mets, Mil, Houston, and Mil again.

Nice way to start off the all-star break.

Did Graves ever get the 1st batter out???

If all goes well, we could make the Brewers sellers by the trade deadline...

Get 2-3 from the Mets 4-6 from the Brew crew and 2-3 from the stros.

Austin and Felipe are, from memory, 2-23 so far this weekend...

:dancingpa Just like last night another great win for the Reds, would love to been there for that game too. I still get chills from the Sat. game ,when everyone was standing on their feet in the 9th inning with two outs and the bases loaded with Reds. Now if the Reds can cont. get good piching they can make a good run not only for a wild card, but even a 1st place finish in the Central.

Another great game to be at today. I had a tremendous weekend, and now my record stands at 3-0 on the year. :dancingpa :dancingpa

From Lance...

File this away

Reds will try and aquire Reggie Sanders and or Elmer Dessens from the Royals for the stretch run.....Reggie will add some right handed pop and be their experienced bat off the bench and maybe start a day or two a week.

The Reds will also pursue Twins pitcher Kyle Loshe.

I've had a feeling the Reds would try to re-aquire Sanders. IMO that would be a great fit.

You have to ask if getting Sanders will be worth giving up a high level prospect, even a good pitching prospect whose last name is not Bailey. That's what KC will want in return.
