A bunch of big, strong, and hungry offensive and defensive lineman. That is the root of their problems. They get beat just about every single play in the trenches. Doesn't matter who the quarterback is or what plays the coordinator calls, if your lineman don't execute you won't be successful.

I would say an offensive line, that is the root of the problem. Next he needs a QB with Towles gone UK does not have a QB. After that you have to look at the D line that gets no pressure (in a 3-4 it's really your backers I get that) and a secondary that isn't slow and can cover.

 

Basically he needs an over haul, and its not a system thing, these guys won't wake up as juniors and start competing.
