The most underused term in these threads is a "like" from Clyde:wave:

Unfortunately we do not get to here that every year, anymore! Well, there are a whole lot of people(teams & coaches) that are glad they do not have to here that every year!!

The first time Clark Kellogg talked about a player having "valutility" was one time too many.
