I don't believe the style of music has much to do with it either. I've been to just about every kind of concert over the years and it happens at "all" of them. The Country that's popular now is just booming. Big crowd, beer, etc...Idiots!

The tail-gaiting can take place on a few of the private lots around Riverbend and now add in the casino before the concert equals even more idiots. Plus the Riverbend setup with a crammed pavilion and a social interacting lawn I'm sure contributes. No facts to back this up but I would imagine there are less fights at an arena concert with seating than at an outdoor concert.

Best friend works for Anderson Township EMS and he said that the worst crowds in terms of behavior and resulting emergency calls are by far the young country crowds. Not that a crowd like Motley Crue doesn't have issues, but they are older and more experienced crowds and tend to handle themselves much better.

There was one at Lambeau Field a few months ago and the Green Bay newspaper uploaded a highlight reel of the police scanner from that night. It's a work of hideous art.

I'd say it's a safe bet every one of these monstrosities rack up 20+ arrests a night.

I saw a guy get knocked out cold at James taylor. Style of music doesnt matter when it comes to a fight breaking oout

At a James Taylor show?

Go to jail. Go directly to jail. Do not pass Go. Do not collect $200.

Tony Bennett is coming up at Riverbend. Sure hope the Pre-Show wine tasters can keep their act together.
