Too many parents get on here and you can see right through their posts. Especially the Moms! Hahaha kinda comical really.

So put in a 5'7 QB over 6'4 Hergott? Seriously?

Those fans in the stands are simply spoiled rotten.

I agree. Remember when they did change QB's last night the first pass thrown was intercepted. I think you have to give Hergott a chance to prove himself. You have several games before district starts so let's see what he can do.

To the backup's credit he did rifle a catchable ball in there that went through the receivers hands. Easiest tip drill ever for the DB.

Size in the case didn't seem to matter when Gosney was out, However when 7 was out well the game speaks for itself

So throw the baby out with the bath water after 1 game? Good grief

I just thought of something. The last 2 NKY teams to beat Highlands both reside in Union. Must be something in the water.

Over 13,000 views in this thread. That speaks highly of both teams.

Cooper for pulling off a convincing and surprising win. Highlands because this just doesn't happen very often.

Hahaha that's funny. Not once did I hear anyone say they wanted to see Gosney in there. Now Mitchell Cain on the other hand. Heard lots of that rumbling going on. Just curious' date=' wonder what his Highlands back up plan if injuries become a factor. Also, there were so many issues with this team last night that they need to put them all behind them and focus on how to beat CC. Will be interesting for sure.[/quote']

Did Cain take any snaps in Spring or Summer? Just curious if he is even an option at this point.

Not sure how you could say Cooper's D didn't "manhandle" HHS. You must have watched a totally different game than I did. Agree with you about going into half 20-10. Should have kicked the FG... HHS has the kicker... Use him.

That is exactly what I am saying. The offense was manhandled. That is not the entire game.

No, not an option and from what I understand not something that he wants to do either.

Beside the #54 on Highlands defense they are very small. They looked tiny compared to Cooper and Cooper doesn't have that big of a team.

Well, there you have it.

How many times have you been told that Highlands has never had an entire group of "large" guys on offense or defense. This is not a program based upon brute strength, but more finesse, speed and quickness.

Anybody know the final score of the JV game today?

They had a group of large dudes that came through just a couple years ago, but besides that, HHS is rarely "big".

I have watched Highlands play many of times. They look small compared to past Highlands teams.
