Beechwood 2 St. Henry 1 (9th Region All A Finals)

Featured Replies

Strong game tonight from Beechwood as they beat St. Henry to win the 9th Region All 'A' Tournament.

I didn't see this one coming! I knew Beechwood was good but I still thought this would be a win for St. Henry. Anyone have any Insight to this match? Any players stand out?

Congrats Beechwood ladies!!

School's been in session for a week and there's already been a regional tournament final??!!

Color me SHOCKED!

Villa hung tough with Beechwood in the Semi-Finals the Cru had no problem with NewCath in the other Semi-Final. Would have thought the Cru had it this wrapped up.

We don't fool around in the 9th Region.

We don't fool around in the 9th Region.

Sports or Consequences.

Beechwood was the more aggressive team in the match. They are very skilled. St. Henry will end up being a very good team come tournament time. They just need to gel together with the new faces in the lineup.

They're still going to struggle on defense but should be a threat to the other big teams in the 9th. Maureen and Shawn should whip them into shape. They always do a great job of developing her players.
