I don't know the details, but I got a call this morning that former Fairview Eagles running back Stephen Crisp had passed away.

 

Hopefully one of the Fairview faithful can bring us up to speed.

Yes, this news is unfortunately true. There are no definite details as to the cause of Stephen's death as of yet.

Please remember not only Stephen's family in your prayers; but also the entire WestWood "family". He was very highly thought of and his sudden death has rocked their small, tight knit community.

I really hate to hear this. Losing people at such an early age is always a tragedy! He and his enitre family are in my thoughts and prayers!

My thoughts and prayers go out to Mr Tom Crisp and his family. They are a fine family that cared very much about their son and their Kids. Stephen was probably one of the finest players to come thru Boyd County JFL and through Fairview's Program.

My prayers and sympathy go out to Tom and Mary Crisp. Stephen was a great kid, excellent student, and a fine athlete. I have watched him grow up since elementary school and have been very impressed with him. Keep their family in prayer.

He was one tough player...very sad!
