July 22, 201511 yr 6-6. They beat U of L this year. I'm interested in why you think so. (This could have been aimed at several people, but since you outright said it, you're the lucky one. :lol2:)

And the game is at home. I don't think U of L will continue their good defense either. Neither Petrino or the defensive staff are known to produce defenses as good as what Strong had going there. Louisville also lost a ton of talent to the draft.
July 22, 201511 yr I'm interested in why you think so. (This could have been aimed at several people, but since you outright said it, you're the lucky one. :lol2:) The fact that the game is in Lexington is why I think it could be a coin toss. If it was in Louisville, the game is 2:1 odds for UofL. I really think UK will be a better team this year but I just don't know if they are good enough for six wins which this program needs so badly for momentum. vs. Louisiana (Sept. 5) - KY should win but I believe Louisiana had a pretty good season last year and returns a decent amount so can't simply write in a Win. at South Carolina (Sept. 12) - The odds of beating SC back to back are not good with this one at SC. Have to give this one to the Gamecocks. vs. Florida (Sept. 19) - First year head coach right? A chance but still give the odds to FL vs. Missouri (Sept. 26) - I have no idea how good Mizzou is this year so I really can't predict. vs. Eastern Kentucky (Oct. 3) - UK has to win this one. vs. Auburn (Oct. 15) - Would take a miracle at Mississippi State (Oct. 24) - I cannot see winning in Starksville vs. Tennessee (Oct. 31) - A chance but still see UT winning this. at Georgia (Nov. 7) - see Auburn prediction at Vanderbilt (Nov. 14) - Odds are UK wins vs. Charlotte (Nov. 21) - I would think this is UK's to lose. vs. Louisville (Nov. 28) - See above, coin toss due to being in Lexington.
July 22, 201511 yr Author The fact that the game is in Lexington is why I think it could be a coin toss. That's my position as well. Last year's game was a nail-biter & I expect this year's to be the same.
July 22, 201511 yr Just think UK will be a lot better. And the game is at home. I don't think U of L will continue their good defense either. Neither Petrino or the defensive staff are known to produce defenses as good as what Strong had going there. Louisville also lost a ton of talent to the draft. Fair enough. Louisville played pretty bad last year and with a 3rd string QB and still got the win. I don't think it's a definite win for Louisville at this point, but I just haven't seen anything that would make me pick UK in this one. That could certainly change throughout the season. We shall see.
July 22, 201511 yr I see this being like 2007 where they finally break through and bring excitement. vs. Louisiana - W at South Carolina - W vs. Florida - W vs. Missouri - L vs. Eastern Kentucky - W vs. Auburn - L at Mississippi State - W vs. Tennessee - L at Georgia - L at Vanderbilt - W vs. Charlotte - W vs. Louisville - W 8-4
July 24, 201511 yr The schedule is really favorable this year, 8 home games is a huge advantage. And the road games are against teams they really can beat besides UGA. Wins- ULL UF EKU MSU Vandy CHA UL 7-5 is my prediction. This season all depends on the MSU game. They shouldn't be that good this year so I think UK can go down there and win it.
