I guess technically by law she wasn't underage. But "hiring" a 16 yo prostitute isn't any less "scuzzy". And making the comment about middle schoolgirls, if true, sure doesn't help matters any either.

November 19, 201510 yr Seems like I read somewhere non violent offenders serve about 20% of their time. I do not remember the context though. It could have been at a more local level.
