March 23, 201511 yr I follow 68 users. For the most part, those are people I care about seeing on a regular basis. I do, however, maintain three lists for some miscellaneous things, so I can check those as well if I am so inclined. But that isn't every day.
March 23, 201511 yr I'm following 107. I've found that I still get most tweets generated on twitter due to the retweets of those I follow. No need to follow more.
March 23, 201511 yr I follow 256. mostly sports and sports reporters. I follow some trivia, local news, and anyone on BGP that I know or think I know. I hardly ever post or reply. I just follow and see what happening.
March 23, 201511 yr 52. Mostly news and sports I follow very few "people". Not all that interested in hearing tons of useless info from a bunch of people I don't care to hear a bunch of useless info from. I have Facebook for that.
March 23, 201511 yr I am following 826 accounts. Some are actual friends, but most are mags, media, etc. I follow some athletes, some celebs, some comedians. I follow hotels I'm interested in. I follow motivational quote accounts. I just really like random stuff. I don't follow any high school kids. That's just creepy. Probably should purge.
March 23, 201511 yr 343. Twitter for me is a news source first so I follow reporters in areas that interest me sports, finance , business , economics and politics. Then I follow a lot comedians who are pretty good on twitter and also some sports teams official account. Then lastly I follow every writer on Barstoolsports.
