February 11, 201511 yr I'm personally not positive how much of his game transcends to the league just yet. I think he can be a big time scorer at the next level. I've said it numerous times on here, but I think his game compares very well to Klay Thompson.

February 11, 201511 yr Actually Booker was absolutely on fire, then Calipari promptly benched him and he never got his rhythm back when he reentered the game. He did come up with some key baskets late, though. His defense wasn't that great last night and a couple TO's. But he did have some big buckets.
February 11, 201511 yr I think he has a little bit of Steph Curry in him. I can see that ... always looks under control, never rushed, pure shooter.

I think he will be some day, which is why I say just yet. 3-4 years down the road (and not saying those should all be at Kentucky) and I agree.

Maybe it is how he carries himself, but Booker just doesn't seem 6'6" to me. More like 6'4", 6'5". Klay is a legit 6'7". Booker's defense is solid, my only hesitancy is still guarding at the next level bigger/taller people.
February 11, 201511 yr Who was it that blew up Hornsby on the final play? Play design was pretty solid with Hornsby setting a screen and then popping for an open three, but he got smashed on the pick and couldn't recover...

February 11, 201511 yr Towns Speaking of Towns... I think it was Jerry Meyer on Twitter after the game saying that there's a growing number of scouts that don't see much of a gap between Okafor and Towns.
February 11, 201511 yr Hornsby looked like he ran flush into a brick wall... Like a boxer that just took a shot to the chin. Towns was guarding the guy who took it out and when Hornsby set the screen, Towns backed into him, inadvertently, with quite a bit of force. He staggered and didn't have his footing at all when he caught the pass. It was a well-designed play, I think, but not at all the one I would have drawn up. I think you have to find Martin on that play.

Towns has really stepped up his game of late, especially being a more aggressive rebounder. But I'd take Okafor every day of the week and twice on Sunday.
