Kanye wins again. :lol2: :lol2: :lol2:

I guess Kanye's antics took away from the guy who presented the Grammy to Beck and his face after he announced the winner:

I crack up at all the Kanye hate. Every time somebody complains, he wins. And they don't even get it. :lol2:

Nope. That makes it funnier. :lol2: :lol2:

I knew people would be upset about what he did... My first thought is and was, if you didn't think that was funny, you're probably a square. :lol2:

I turned it off after Kanye's singing performance. That wasn't a reflection of how I feel about Kanye. It was just the time I changed it. I was thinking along the lines of Clyde. Worst Grammy's ever.

Like 99% of actors, singers, celebrities, etc... I don't care to hear their personal feelings, political points of view or opinions on who should win and who shouldn't. Shut up and entertain me.

I thought it was hilarious. Jay-Z's reaction was great too. :lol2:

Yep, entertainers and Tiger Woods. Just do your thing.

Worst Grammys I can recall.

Certain things that I'm not hugely wild about but at least thought might be entertaining were just dull as could be. Katy Perry... so boring.

Madonna is just tragic at this point. Didn't help that the song she performed had all the energy of music they play at a Shoe Carnival.

I really enjoyed Sam Smith with Mary J.

Really liked the Rihanna/Kanye/Sir Paul song but did it seem like they had Paul's mic off?

Liked AC/DC opener.

Thought Miranda L was terrible.

No clue who Brandy Clark is but she was OK.

Eric Church was solid.

Tom Jones has aged quite well, I thought, and did a good job with his song. He was quite the "its" some years back.

I suppose that you can also defend his classless comments afterwards too about how Beck should give his Grammy up to Beyonce. Joke or no joke, it's a tacky self-absorbed move that the only thing that I think is funny (or sad) about it is that we live in a world that someone like him could actually have fans that support him as if the rest of us are too shallow and square to understand. I'd have to really question the hip level of anyone who thinks that he is cool, and have to believe that anyone who does has a real distorted idea of what it means to be cool. Spin it how you'd like in that the joke is on us for not "getting it", but the real "joke" here is Kanye and anyone who can't see that he is. Al Roker said it best on the Today Show this morning that "Kanye just needs to shut up"

Him running up on stage was absolutely funny given the prior circumstances. He did it to be funny. If it's not funny to you, then like I said, you're probably a square...

His comments afterwards were just what he does. Should he have kept it to himself? Maybe... But he's an entertainer. You just gave your opinion on him, why can't he give his opinion on somebody else? I like the majority of his music, and some of his antics I roll my eyes at, but that's just his character. I wouldn't do or say some of the stuff he does, but I'm not Kanye. You are not his target demographic, so he really doesn't care whether or not you like him. He will continue to be successful either way.

Aren't all these awards shows the same? Impossible to watch, dull as can be, and everyone already knows who's going to win the various awards?

I usually enjoy the music awards shows the best because of the live performances. After watching a few of them I even lost interest in those.

I thought it was hilarious. Jay-Z's reaction was great too. :lol2:

That was even funnier than what Kanye did.

I didn't watch any of the Grammy's, but I enjoyed all of the memes making fun of people.

If respecting authority, respecting the rights of others, and allowing others to enjoy the rewards from their labors without my intrusion is square....then call me square.

Otherwise, I share a rhyme from my childhood...fools names, fool faces always seen in public places.
