Lot of chatter on the Twitterverse that it's Bama. Saw quite a few of his "Crystal Ball" predictions have changed to Bama in the last day or so as well.

 

In addition, in the last 30 minutes the one guy I follow that I completely trust when it comes to recruiting pretty much said it's Bama.

 

Really tough pill to swallow for the Cats if he does pick the Tide.

Can't really blame him or even say that it's a shocker.

 

Definitely sucks that we will lose him but it's been a fun recruitment against OSU and Bama.

I'm hearing a lot of Alabama for Harris. I'll be very surprised, but happy, if he picks Kentucky.

If he does choose Bama, good for him. I can't be disappointed at all if he goes there, very hard to out recruit them no matter who you are. But if he goes to UK I'll be estatic. This kid could be a program changing recruit.

Justin Rowland tweeted out that UK may start making a major push for Darrin Hall who is currently an Pitt commit. Things aren't looking that great for Harris to UK now. But Hall is a 4 star #22 back in the country. Not a terrible fall back plan if Harris gets away.

Who? UK? The good thing for UK is RB is a fairly deep position for them. So a miss on Harris won't cripple them. But Harris would be the go to guy day one if he goes to UK.

I think they feel they need to add one a year. So they may take 2 next year if they don't get either is what it sounds like.

Also Heard is going to be a senior, so there would only be 3 backs left for 2016 on the roster with any experience. They do need one in this class to keep the depth.

I'm not saying Harris is Chubb, but Chubb was the 6th best back in last years class, Harris is 1st. I think he starts, he's that good. Boom is a heck of a back too.

 

No way he starts as a true freshman next year at UK IMO if he picks UK. Its a whole new world playing college football than high school. He is going to be a very good back. However he would have to learn the playbook, blitz pick up protection and all that. They do have other talented backs, who will be far ahead of him mentally at this point. He will probably be in the rotation, but no way he starts IMO.

The crazy thing about Alabama is that he may not start there...ever. They have like 7 RBs already for next season.
