No chance at all he gets that.

Then it turns into a lawsuit

Police officer shot near Ferguson, hope everyone's happy

Then it turns into a lawsuit

How?

It's no different than someone making all kinds of broad requests now and is turned down.

People file suit over everything. "Freedom of information", Departments refuse the crazy request, "what do they have to hide if they're doing nothing wrong" blah, blah and more blah.

FoxNews said the NY Times released Officer Wilson's home address.

Yep. The NY Times is a disgrace. Wish there was some way for Officer Wilson or his family to go after them for something.

FoxNews said the NY Times released Officer Wilson's home address.

If true that should end well. Might has well file an arson claim with the insurance company now.

Poor effort by the NYT. Probably not hard to find that info but it had no relevance to the story.

There is none. They didn't lie.

They are showing protestors destroy another police cruiser and the idiots threw a molitoff cocktail and it caught someone on fire, his arm was on fire, all I could do was laugh at the morons.

There is none. They didn't lie.

I realize that, but they put his family in immediate danger. They're pathetic.

Just because someone requests something doesn't mean they get it.

Example: no Judge is going to order the police to turn over the tapes from every traffic camera or a dash cam video of someone I don't like being arrested just because I say I want it.

They can file I guess, but it doesn't go anywhere.

It's no different than someone today saying they'd like all the dashcam video from a city of millions of people.

Give a Judge a frivolous suit and you run the risk of being hit with the Court Costs, and/or if you are an attorney, being disciplined by the State Bar Association.

Just about attacked a CNN reporter there. Fabulous work idiots.
