Allegations Against Bill Cosby

Featured Replies

This is going to be a crazy story to follow and I am not sure what to make of this whole thing right now. How many women are going to join this? Why did they all wait so long to come forward?

I have always liked Bill Cosby and he is the last person I expected to have rape allegations made against him. That is the problem with putting people on a pedestal and judging them based off some public persona. If these allegations are true, then I hope he is dealt with harshly.

Seems to be an awful lot of smoke for no fire ?

Too many women have come forward over the years for there not to be some truth to this story.

I'm in agreement with you. I just hope the allegations are not true, always liked B. Cosby since I first saw him on I Spy with R. Culp.

I agree with you both, it looks bad for the Cos.

I haven't really followed this but I have a question. Have some of these women made allegations in the past and it got burried or hushed up? Or is this the first wave of it publicly and now they are all joining in?

I feel bad for the true victims. A lot of old celebs/journalists are joining now, and I'm wondering how many are just trying to get some publicity out of this. It takes some of the focus from people that were really hurt by Cosby. Kind of like, there are so many "reported" incidents that the public can't focus on all of it.

I heard some, or at least 1 had settled in the past. Most of this the statute of limitations has expired, I believe.

I hardly ever listen to 700 WLW, but yesterday they had someone on who was explaining these allegations. Cosby came out not too long ago and said a few things that ticked off some, and this is their way of getting back at him with these lies.

So you think all of these women, including now, Janice Dickerson, are in on some elaborate scheme to discredit Bill Cosby because he ticked them off? :ohbrother:

You had to hear the interview. Maybe someone else heard it or know what they are talking about.

But again, were you there? Do you know for a fact that this happened? It seems odd that all is these people are coming out of the wood work, all at the same time. Just before Cosby's new family show is ready to air. Sounds more than fishy to me.

As had been stated many times, people make things up, and when money is involved it gets worse. And many allegations hurt the real victims out there.

So you think all of these women' date=' including now, Janice Dickerson, [/quote'] You really picked a winner. Same one from BH housewives? Was she sober enough to make any coherent statement? She is a mess, and is the type who would welcome anything to get recognition.

That woman is off her rocker. She could tell me the sky was blue and sunny and I would HAVE to go outside and check. Doesn't mean something didn't happen, but I wouldn't take her word for anything without some concrete evidence. As for the other allegations, who knows.:idunno: But if nothing else his legacy seems to be taking a major hit.

Isn't Cosby in his 80s now?

Care for a stiff drink?
