I won't even go as far back (even though it's not really that long ago) to Jared Lorenzen, but let's take a look just over the last 5 years. here is a list of DI QB's from NKY Zeke Pike Patrick Towels Conner Hemple Drew Barker Beau Hoge Blake Bir * B Kuntz ** Stephen Collier That is 8 DI QB's in the last 5 years. Congrats Beau, didn't mean to hijack the thread but thought it is pretty awesome this area turns out so many DI QB's and you are next in a great list. *turned down offer ** Grew up here and moved to GA in High School

Qryche11 Posted November 16, 2014 Author Posted November 16, 2014 Yes Merrill is his father. Merrill played at Idaho St. I would expect him to be in the mix. BYU has had several former QB's of his stature.
