WR's are playing scared...dropping too many passes that hit them in the hands.

Line isn't playing as confident as earlier in the year.

DB's not SEC level across the board...a few maybe but not as a group...seem to always be running behind receivers, either poor skill or lack of athleticism or both.

I feel bad for Bud my fav UK player on a winning team he's getting much more notoriety.

Josh Forrest with 22 tackles and Bud Dupree with 15 tackles...

I think there will be a great battle at QB between Towles and Barker. I like Towles and think if he does win the job again next year he will be even better. He has no running game to help him, which can broken down into the fact the OL is not getting much push upfront and they don't have that consistent, physical back either.

The future is bright for this team, and if the staff can continue to bring in the top in state kids and continue to recruit OH then a positive shift will happen for the program.

Not Jerry Tipton @NotJerryTipton

Hopefully, Damien Harris's cable was out.

He was going to drive to the game but its 8 hours to Knoxville from Berea.....

The B1G recipe for success isn't ideal in the SEC. Recruiting the 2nd tier of kids from Ohio and the best from KY is how you end up perpetually fighting for win 6 every November...

100000000% correct.

I seriously doubt that, considering they are fighting for a 6th win after one full year of recruiting and a month or so of recruiting the year stoops was hired. If you can't see that things are getting better (quicker than most expected) I will gladly refer you to an optometrist.

You see what you want with the Blue Blockers on. I'm telling you that recruiting the kids Ohio State doesn't have room for and the best of KY as your base is how you play for win #6 in late November in the SEC.

I don't agree, obviously. But like I've told people before you gotta crawl before you can walk. Kentucky is learning to crawl right now. Once they begin to walk they will be able to pull top rated recruits. They already are compared to years past.

It gets really could in Kentucky, so why would top recruits want to play there?

I asked this after reading on this forum that top recruits do not want to play in the cold weather.

I didn't watch your video. But OSU obviously has room for several kids Stoops has or is recruiting, considering many of them had offers from OSU, some of which chose Kentucky. Does that make sense to you?

As far as the kids UK did pull from Ohio and elswhare, they may not be SEC championship caliber, but its a big start, considering the past. Stoops is just getting started.

What Gametime is trying to say in a really nice way is, ask Jim Tressel how well the "good" Ohio players do against SEC teams.
