It gets really could in Kentucky, so why would top recruits want to play there?

I asked this after reading on this forum that top recruits do not want to play in the cold weather.

It's not that cold here.. I was educated on that in the OSU/Minny thread earlier. I gathered that OSU didn't blow them out because it was cold in Minnessota.

What Gametime is trying to say in a really nice way is, ask Jim Tressel how well the "good" Ohio players do against SEC teams.

I understand that.. Kentucky isn't just recruiting Ohio though.

Also I don't know Jim Tressell, but if you do tell him I said he's a fool. Thanks.

Not sure why that's such a big deal.. I appreciate the effort though..Can you tell me if its going to rain or snow Sunday night?

I didn't watch your video. But OSU obviously has room for several kids Stoops has or is recruiting' date=' considering many of them had offers from OSU, some of which chose Kentucky. Does that make sense to you? As far as the kids UK did pull from Ohio and elswhare, they may not be SEC championship caliber, but its a big start, considering the past. Stoops is just getting started.[/quote']

UK's highest recruit CJ Conrad from Ohio went to an Ohio State tryout and did not get an offer.

Only one Urban wanted is Alex Stump and he took him from UK.

Fair enough, how many UK recruits had offers from OSU since stoops was hired. How many chose osu? It's easy to pick one leaf from the tree.

So Urban didn't want some of the other kids he offered?

Maybe 1? I don't know of any but could be missing one. It's really hard to get an OSU offer as an Ohio player now. Again, Tressel taught everyone that it doesn't work against the SEC on a few different occasions.

The color guy on the broadcast put it this way.

Kentucky and Tennessee are getting better. But so is everybody else in the conference. So if you want to gain ground, you have to get better faster.

You would have to give me names, I can't recall any.

Are you sure? I don't think your right, but don't care enough about OSU to spend time researching it. Your "maybe" doesn't sound to promising though.

I'm sure plenty agree with that.

If I gave you the names I would have done all the work..

Aren't you the one trying to prove UK has Ohio kids on the roster that had commitable offers to Ohio State??? :idunno:
