Fort Knox just came open.

Are they even going to have a school?

East Carter announced Tim Champlain as the new head coach just now.

What is his coaching background...where is he from?

I have no clue, this year was his first year as an assistant I think.

I did some research and I think it looks like he used to be an assistant at fairview according to his twitter,

Champlin played at pikeville, d cord at greenup for 2 years under Copley, assistant at fairview under Mcpeek, and last season d cord for east carter. Good young hire for East.

PP92 just started a thread saying Tony Hatmaker has been named the head coach at Larue County. Coming from the college coaching game.

Tony Hatmaker named Head Coach at Larue County

Seriously? I know numbers are down but hadn't heard anything about closing the school. Would be interested to find out.

Would not be shocked to see them close from somebsomebody who is actually there. Struggle is real at the home of the Gold Vault..as much as it saddens me to say.

I missed Owensboro yesterday.

Jeff Griffith accepted job at Barren County. Former Boone County HC.

34 jobs so far...this is crazy. Imagine if we went thru pprincipal and administration every time test scores fluctuated on the downside.

Maybe not always for test scores but administration also varies a lot. I'm in my 6th year of teaching and our school has had 2 different principals and 9 different people fill the 3 assistant principal spots while I've been there. No continuity or way to build long term success.

34 and the domino effect hasn't even BEGAN.
