September 26, 201411 yr Something happening to my kids, same as all parents. Flying. Heights somewhat.
September 26, 201411 yr At least once a week I have a nightmare about flying on a plane, being in a plane crash, or watching a plane crash. I've never flown & don't ever plan to. So flying is my #1 fear. Throw in the mix heights, snakes, & Grover Dill.
September 26, 201411 yr Hate flying and not a fan of heights in general. I will fly but it's a pretty miserable experience for me. Pretty much white knuckled and sweaty palms most of the way. I think with flying its the total lack of control and knowing if something does go wrong there is pretty much 1 outcome. I know percentages say that it's safer than driving and all that yada yada yada, but still. As far as heights, just don't like being up too high. It's not like I freeze up and can't move but would just assume stay on the ground. Edited September 26, 201411 yr by Randy Parker
September 26, 201411 yr Heights are tough. I wouldn't call it a fear or "scared of," but if i kill a spider I get the chills immediately. "What if it has a family?"

I'm right there with you. The only way you're getting me on a plane is to knock me out. I've gotten better with snakes, because they're all around my house. I still won't handle them by hand, but I'll grab a stick to pick them up and throw them back into the woods. In the past, I'd scream like a little girl and bash them over the head with a shovel. Being a parent, my #1 fear is something happening to my kids.
