Blah, Blah on missed calls, penalties, etc., that's all I've heard today. That stuff is part of the game. I saw a confident, athletic, and strong KY Football Team last night, with room to improve. Great job from the coaching staff as well. KY will have to be accounted for every game this year instead of being an SEC punching bag.

Go Big Blue!

The lesson the Cats take away from this is dont stop until you hear the whistle.

Yes I agree the officials missed the call. Looks as if the defense was more focused on the clock than the Gators.

Tough way to lose one especailly one like Florida.

Lowry stilly got tangled up with another UK player. The TD was a result of that and poor coverage not them whining on the clock.

Didn't say the whining about the clock- watching look as if half of the defense was waiting on the whistle to stop the play. Other half playing defense.

- missed call by the officials

- Timmons drops a pass he should've caught

- missed FG in OT

- UK has an INT but it bounces off and goes to a UF receiver.

Any one of those things could've changed the outcome. Tough, tough loss.

I agree, except for the miss call by the officials part. If the snap is that close to the play clock hitting zero, rarely will they blow it dead. The poor coverage and lack of effort by the DB on such an important play was much larger than the play clock ordeal.

UK had opportunities to make plays that would have won the game and they didn't get it done.

Saw at least 3 different times yesterday during NFL games that the exact same thing with the play clock happened and it was never called.

The fact is the refs need to have some way to notify them the clock is at 0 that will allow them to watch the ball the entire time.

I posted it forever ago, that Manning would get called 5 times a game.

Question is, you can review every play but don't implement a pager so the official doesn't have to watch the clock?

It didn't lose them the game. I'm not an excuse guy. Catch passes, interceptions and cover their receivers.

Agree. One catch on a gift wrapped pick that turns out to be a major pass completion for the offense is the difference. I know Timmons has been harangued but frankly, the missed pick was the biggest gaffe of the game. Woulda sealed it.

As much as we've talked about UK having chances to put Florida away, Florida missed a lot of easy INT's that would have doomed UK.

Fact!
