Board has voted on nine if commissioner's findings against Cordia so far. Six have been found as fact and three have been rejected.

Out of that 20, 10 are solid members who take facts into consideration and push politics aside, 5 I really do not know, and 5 are totally political hacks.

So it sounds like a slight reduction in penalties is on the way.

I suspect they are going to find about half of them as unsubstantiated, then reduce their penalties. Interesting

Biggest question right now in terms of how this ends up playing out is which penalties they'll find substantiated and which won't stand.

 

Being found to have hosted an open gym isn't really as big of a deal as some of the other stuff.

Looking like "next stop, Franklin Circuit" could be the phrase of the day then. I don't imagine Cordia takes it this far and then just drops it with an alternative still out there.

I just talked to a friend of mine who said I told you so. I have also heard that on here. Someone is probably going to end up being wrong, in some respect.

If it winds up being me, it wouldn't be the first and won't be the last. I'd still think that getting in the neighborhood of 8 things overturned while they still have the endgame of taking it to court wouldn't be considered a complete loss for Cordia.
