Ah ok. I'll be looking forward to the outcome. Based on what everyone seems to be saying, it sounds like Cordia might get a more relaxed penalty.

I am hearing khsaa working a deal with cordia as we speak. Khsaa cant afford litigation with alice.

If they are lenient in any way then I'm through with KHSAA.

I do know the officials(refs) were told to list cordia by khsaa. I am not sure what that means.

If what I've heard is true, then you might want to start packing. IMO, there'll be penalties, but they will likely be reduced in a very significant way.

 

Looking like the case against the most blatant and egregious penalties in the organization's history is starting to evaporate.

 

This might not even make it to a Frankfort Courthouse.

From what I can tell, board members are in agreement some penalties are necessary against Cordia, but not as harsh as commish recommended.
