August 21, 201412 yr Stone Temple Pilots' version of Led Zeppelin's "Dancing Days" may not be BETTER than the original, but I think I'd probably say it's just as good. GREAT cover song.

Cline was still on crutches after going through a car windshield in a head-on collision two months earlier and had difficulty reaching the high notes of the song at first due to her broken ribs. 'Crazy' spent 21 weeks on the chart and eventually became one of her signature tunes.

August 21, 201412 yr Not better, but, I actually like the Foo Fighters rendition of Gerry Rafferty's "Baker Street". Completely different sound and done with a much harder rock edge, they didn't try to sound like the original. A lot of people didn't like it, but I did.

August 21, 201412 yr Pomplamoose cover of "Beat It". Yep, I like it more than the Michael Jackson version. I'm in love with the lead singer...and though at first her voice is rather strange, it has an alluring, sexual quality to it that I like.
