Just so we're clear, I was joking... The kid wasn't completely "innocent" if he in fact did shoplift. Even still, that doesn't mean he deserved to die.

I was watching Cops last night. A guy and a girl were fighting the cops. The guy grabbed a female cop from behind. After he did that other cops grabbed the dude body slammed him and 3 male cops had the dude pinned down, subdued and were cuffin him. The female cop he grabbed came over and put the taser on him and was yelling at him, "don't you ever grab me from behind again!!!!" Not sure if she was in her rights to tase him at that point but I knew it was coming.

Shoplifting doesnt deserve being killed. It was someones friend, son, grandson, hero, brother, and could have been who knows what.

Not sure. She got on top of the dude while 3 other cops had him down. She had it super close to his body.

According to the cop they struggled for his gun. The dead person tried taking the gun from the cop. Not just the previous shoplifting.

But he obviously didn't succeed in getting the gun from the cop--otherwise he wouldn't have been shot with it. It also sounds like he was no longer in contact with the officer when he was shot the 2nd through however many times he was shot. If eyewitness accounts are true at least one of those shots came with him curled in the fetal position on the ground after already being shot multiple times.

Not to pull a mtnref here, BUT:

 

Why is it not ok to blow out of proportion the number of bad cops vs. good, but perfectly acceptable to paint all people on welfare as lazy, shiftless, working the system....etc.
