Things I Hate

Featured Replies

Here's another one. People who gripe that they are covered by their insurance for a procedure, and in fact they are, yet they can't seem to comprehend that the insurance pays only a percentage. In other words, they don't bother to read their policy, then get ticked at someone else for their ignorance. Indiana is chock full of em.

My company is switching to SAP next year. Not looking forward to it however our current software sucks as well so hopefully it's a better suck.

Just be diligent when picking an integrator. Especially, if you are modifying the base package.

I hate:

Cold weather/snow

Men who wear sandals/flip flops

Politicians that claim that the other party is "playing politics".

Today I hate everybody that got to sleep in because I have to work and the suds were calling my name last night.....feel like Mcgruff the crime dog this morning.....ruff

Our parent company in Germany has used it for years, and around the world for that matter. Most of their US divisions already use it. Our group was the last to take the leap. That said I think most have modified it to better fit their needs and we will be no different. There are 5 companies in out group so the hard part will be getting everyone to agree on how to set it up. As far as the integrator, no clue what they have picked. What is the best?

Jumbo shrimp

Compassionate conservatives

Hot water heaters

Open secrets

Unbiased opinions

Soft rock

Original copies

Civil war

Military intelligence

Middle Ease peace

Boneless ribs

Buttheads

Journalistic integrity

Absolutely unsure

Peace force

Definite maybe

Tolerant liberal

Same difference

Wicked good

I understand what you are posting, I really do. However, who can understand the jibberish and almost doubletalk in policies? You need a lawyer or technical writer to understand them, and as you know, now the wording changes yearly.

Folks who veer to the left when making right turns and veer to the right when making left turns (exception being large trucks and vans). Some of these folks will even creep over into the other lanes to do this. Either the vehicle is too big for you or you're not that good a driver. TAKE THE BUS!

Rap music. This is an oxymoron and something I hate.

I'm afraid I'm at odds with our integrator, at the moment.

German based parent company using SAP makes sense, given SAP is a German based company.

A lot also depends on whether you are using the full ERP or a scaled down version for small to mid sized businesses, like Business One. My problem is with Business One running on a Windows Server/MS-SQL based platform.

In no particular order -

Green Bay Packers

"Mystery" flavor Dum-Dum suckers

Drive-Thru workers who can't seem to say thank you or acknowledge your presence

Melissa McCarthy

Klingons

Soap Operas

Dirty Dancing

Pineapple on pizza

Tipping at buffets

This post may as well have been written in ancient Aramaic.

For the life of me I can't figure out why I should tip for getting my own food while you bring me a water at the beginning of my meal.

That moment when you realize you're out of toilet paper...
