August 10, 201412 yr People who text and drive When I can't get my hamburger unwrapped while I'm driving People who cuss When I hit my thumb with a hammer People who flip flop On second thought, I don't really hate those people. Other people that causes all my problems People that don't look in the mirror.
August 10, 201412 yr People who text and drive When I can't get my hamburger unwrapped while I'm driving The irony is so thick.
August 10, 201412 yr This post may as well have been written in ancient Aramaic. You mean, it wasn't? Could have fooled me.
August 10, 201412 yr This post may as well have been written in ancient Aramaic.I have to deal with both U.S. Army/DoD acronyms and IT (Information Technology) acronyms. The Army uses so many acronyms, I started compiling an acronym database within a few days of starting to work here. TDY, PCS'ing, CG, PO, SJA, TDS, MOS, GOMOR, MCM, UCMJ, BCD, POC, TJAG, DJAG, OTJAG, DFAS, HRC, DLS,..the list is endless and acronyms are used heavily in everyday speech. Even worse, acronyms are rarely defined the first time that they are used in correspondence, as they often are in civilian writing.
August 10, 201412 yr Supposed to be, tongue in cheek. Sorry, didn't see the bulge and started to think you were one of the people I hated.
August 10, 201412 yr In no particular order: IBM's website - How do they expect to sell software when they make it almost impossible for customers to figure out how to purchase software and how much it will cost them. People who repeatedly pass me, pull into my lane, and slow down to the point that I have to pass them again or adjust my cruise control to avoid rear-ending them. People who race past me and then slow down to text or yak on their cell phones. Inevitably, the same people race past me again when they finish fiddling with their phone and then repeat the cycle until our paths diverge. Racists. Real racists, not the one's who only people with the supernatural ability to hear dog whistles can identify. Race-baiting politicians and media. People who attack other people's deeply held, peaceful religious beliefs. People who are okay with surrendering their constitutional rights because they "have nothing to hide." - These people are menaces to society and almost as dangerous as the people who would deprive us of our constitutional rights. Snakes. Telemarketers.
August 10, 201412 yr People who are okay with surrendering their constitutional rights because they "have nothing to hide." - These people are menaces to society and almost as dangerous as the people who would deprive us of our constitutional rights. This! Drives me crazy when I hear people say that!
August 12, 201412 yr Jim Schue could break the internet responding to this thread Sorry that I'm honest and a realist and that I can't sugarcoat everything for you.
August 13, 201412 yr People driving convertibles with the top down, but not going the speed limit, which I can only assume is because they don't want to muss their hair.
August 13, 201412 yr People who show off their brand-new tattoo by rolling up their t-shirt sleeve. In January.
August 13, 201412 yr People who are okay with surrendering their constitutional rights because they "have nothing to hide." - These people are menaces to society and almost as dangerous as the people who would deprive us of our constitutional rights. . Wholeheartedly agree!
