Sounds like a lot of this dispute is just a PR problem over Al Gore and the "European scientists." Just scrap the term "climate change" for "environmental responsibility." Problem solved. Now let's move on to world peace.

Thanks for the nice pep-talk wrap-up, coach, but you just contradicted yourself. If the larger issue is silly, then why does one need to consider one's personal responsibility?

Because environmental awareness and responsibilty can be 100% separate from the myth of global warming chief. But thanks for your support.

No, you assume way too much. But again that's your method of operation. I like to take more responsibility to replace something if I take it. I like to leave no trace I've been places. I think people who think a warm June and a cold July are both evidence of global warming need to be considered for a lobotomy.

Only problem is we can't control the sun. I'm all for clean air, but cyclical is cyclical. If only the greenies would realize this and move on to something that's actually in our power to change.
Feels like football weather.

Smells like campfire weather.

Tastes like s'mores weather.

That's what the Clark Co. sheriff said.

The 'peak' of the current sunspot cycle is approaching. In terms of sun spots it has been a dud. The lowest in the last few cycles. And sun spots generate flares and X-Rays and flares create CMEs and CMEs and X-rays energize the Earths atmosphere.

We have some cooler days/months/years ahead - regardless of the amount of 'carbon emissions' are released.

Does anyone else remember the "alarm" over the coming ice age in the 1970's?

dont link to the Time mag cover -- its a hoax -- LOL

Can we please just get the massive solar flare back and just end it all. It will prove nobody was right.

You'll be hearing it again...soon.

This weather is stupid. Makes me want to fight somebody. In July!?!?!?!?? Stupid.

Feels like a hot tub kind of night!
