Bryan Station's last trip to the sweet 16 was in 1989. Michael Allen played guard and Robert "Nimbo" Hammons was a sophomore on that team. They lost in the old Saturday morning semis to Wayne Co.

North Hardin's coaching position has been filled. In yesterday's paper they made the decision to take the interim tag off of coach Mike Cofer and stick with him as the head coach moving forward.

6 finalists... 3 interviewing Friday and 3 on Saturday. Belcher is the only finalist I can confirm.

 

IMO, it should be him, but stranger things have happened.

I still think the Bryan Station job is the most interesting job out there. It is a very tough district and region but with the right program in place, they could be a player every year. I hope they make a move soon to fill this position.

Things are very quiet in Brooksville. Not even sure who's applied for it. Many have heard what happened with Coach Persinger and are cautious about going there, IMO.

I heard thru the grapevine that there were 36 applicants and interviews could start as early as today. Nothing confirmed just what I've been hearing.
