February 25, 201412 yr Prayers sent.... Also, it's nice to see college athletes visit kids (and adults) in hospitals, I see it as being GREAT therapy! Agreed. Along that same theme..... This weekend UK's Dance Blue marathon raised over $1.4 million for the Children's oncology center in Lexington, to benefit kids like young Dalton. Continued prayers for Dalton.
February 26, 201412 yr Author I just found out that Dalton's new medication is working and it isn't making him sick like the first one they had him on. His white blood count is still really high, nearly 200,000, but that is down from the over 500,000 it was to start with. Praise God that his white count is coming down, and please continue to pray that the medication continues to work for the good. Thank you all for your continued prayers.
March 4, 201412 yr Author There is some good news for Dalton today. He got to come home from the hospital. :dancingpa Long story short, his doctors said when his white count got below 50,000 he could come home and continue his treatment from there. This is a glorious day and all of your prayers are so greatly appreciated by the family. Here is what his mother posted on facebook this afternoon. Dalton is finally home! He is feeling good and is on the Xbox LOL! Thanks to everyone who continues to lift his name up to the Lord. My family and I have never felt so much Love. I knew when I was weak someone else was Lifting my babies name up to the Lord. We want to say Thank You but those words don't even come close to our appreciation and Love towards ever single person! The Pond Creek Nations is a strong community Who serves the Lord and comes together in the darkest hours. Thank You to our Family, Friends, Community, Doctors, Neighbors, Southside Elementary, BMS, BHS, Precision Graphics, Belfry Sport Shop, and Strangers for our visits, prayers, calls, cards, etc. God is in control and I know HE has big plans for Dalton. Thank You from the bottom of my heart! Keep the Faith! God Bless You All and We love you!

March 14, 201412 yr Author Dalton went back to UK today for his first follow up visit after being released. I am ecstatic to report that his white count was down to just over 6,000. WOW His count was over 500,000 when he was first diagnosed about 3 weeks ago. Everybody Twist :dancingpa Thank You Everyone for your continued prayers, they are working!!!!!
