19 points, but 5 turnovers.

Doesn't rebound doesn't guard, can't shoot free throws, and hasn't shown any consistency with the jumper

1st Half, I thought Randle, Andrew Harrison, Dakari, and Willie played well.

WCS is coming off the bench with Poythress and that rotation, with Polson stealing some minutes when we need him to, looks promising.

Aaron Harrison didn't have a very good game. Neither did Poythress.

Young shot the ball well but needs to cut down turnovers.

I don't see the technical as the moment the game changed, though it really didn't help, obviously. No, I think it was the 7 point lead evaporating in the time it takes me to type this sentence that was when the game changed. UK held a 1 point lead when the technical was called. The free throws were hit and though Florida scored right after it, they were going to have possession anyway. James Young to those points right back and it was 51-50. They tied it a minute later at 53. Just not a game changer in the greater scheme of things.

UK lost this game late because they started going deep into the shot clock and still not getting a good look, and Florida got to the line, made their free throws, and on the rare occasions they had a missed shot and didn't get to the line, they got offensive boards.

Hard to watch sometimes...They are just not that good right now.

On this night the better team won this one.

One and done comes back to slap the Cats in the face tonight.

Thought Florida would win this one, so not that upset with the loss.

Florida kept getting into the lane in the last 4-5 minutes, and then getting to the line and hitting their FT's. UK on the other hand, was getting late into the shot clock and forcing up prayers. Good teams buckle down on defense late and Florida did just that, whereas UK's defense was not up to the task.

The T had no bearing on the outcome.

From the time Florida was down 7 at 45-38, these are their possessions when they touched the ball:

Made shot + foul, 1 made free throw (Down 4)

Made three (Down 1)

Made shot + foul, 1 made free throw (Up 1)

Made two technical foul shots (Up 1)

Made shot (Up 3)

Miss, offensive rebound, made shot (Up 3)

Foul, 2 made free throws (Up 2)

Foul, 2 made free throws (Up 4)

Miss, offensive rebound, 3 pointer (Up 5)

Foul, 2 made free throws (Up 5)

Foul, 2 made free throws (Up 7)

Miss, offensive rebound, Foul, 1 made free throw (Up 6)

Foul, 1 made free throw (Up 7)

Made shot + foul, 1 made free throw (Up 10)

They had 38 points going into the stretch. They scored 31 during the final 10:38 of the game. They scored every single time they touched the ball in some fashion. That was why UK lost. Because Florida took it from them. 7/10 from the field, 2/2 from three, 15/17 from the foul line.

Good stuff, DF.

You can't trade buckets with a better team and expect to win. Florida was adding to the scoreboard every trip down the floor. But Kentucky's defensive inabilities have been a problem all season and tonight was no different.

Hard to watch sometimes...They are just not that good right now.

I think we did see improvement tonight though. The scary thing about this team is that we're going to have some balance on the roster with a lot of guys coming back next year.

4 points & 4 rebounds from Willie & Dakari combined?

I would have thought they had more. I did think Dakari did a good job of at least keeping a body on Young and banging with him in the 1st half.

I won't get to see/here the post game here. What was Cal saying during it?
