Zach Kiernan/UL???

Featured Replies

Word is that NCCs Zach Kiernan has an offer from Coach P and UL.

While others are calling(Michigan/Ball State), it sounds like UL is the leader at this point.

I'm told the Domers are also interested. If they offer, I'd be surprised if anyone else has a shot. I've not seen him play fb (only hoops). Does he have the ability to play fb at ND?

He's a nice player. Seen him on film, but when NCC played Somerset i believe that he had a leg injury. Outstanding player when i watched game films. He seemed to be in on every play in some way.

I was told that ND has not shown a lot of interest YET. You may know better than I.

If he is good enough to play for Louisville, he is good enough to play for Notre Dame.

Yes.

Yes, his uncle is Frankie, but his dad, Mike, also played at Notre Dame. Frank is taller, but he's got no size on Mike. Zack is tall enough, and has a huge frame. He got a lot more aggressive as the year went on. Like I said at the beginning of the year last year, I'd love to see Zach play some tight end.

If Notre Dame comes calling with an offer, i doubt he will be considering the Cards. Would you!!!!!! No offense, but it's Charlie Weiss and Notre Dame

Yes, he is going to the IRISH..... he will be the next FRank Jacobs....very athletic, good hands, quick feet....nice size....Football is his future.

Why not? No offense, but it is Petrino and his high octane offense. Tight end is a nice position to play at U of L. Some just don't want the Cards to get much better!

All due respect to Zach as I think he's got a great football future, but he hasn't even played tight end yet, if I'm not mistaken?? He's certainly got the frame for the position, but let's let him try it first before it's decided which type team would be better for him!! I think Dad Mike can steer him in the right direction if necessary!!

TE at ND with Weiss would be one of the supreme positions in College football.
