Truth. Corners live on an island sometimes. I like the fact that he challenges receivers and quarterbacks to throw at him. Obviously it is what fuels his greatness.

Did you watch the AFC Championship game? Talk about a snoozefest. I don't know what it is about Denver but their 2 playoff games were incredibly boring.

If nothing else, I am looking more forward to the superbowl now that Sherman ran his yap.

I've seen thousands of post game interviews in all sports, game winning/losing or whatever, never seen a worst one than this.

Didn't sound like he used foul language, but I've have to watch it again. I don't really have anything wrong with it. If people don't like it, then don't have the media interview players on the field, two minutes after the ending to a huge game.

If you want to jump on Sherman for something then get him for the way he acted right after the play. Taunting Crabtree directly after seems like a bigger deal then what he said in the interview. For the record I don't have a problem with either. Seems way over blown to me.

It was boring, but Sherman's mouth is the only reason this thread is as long as it is.

Your going to put Sherman in the same sentence in regards to the way he acted in that interview with Peyton Manning, possibly the most humble player in the NFL, Tom Brady, and Wes Welker? Wow, well it makes sense now. Ill kindly leave this thread. I didn't realize you were that out of touch. You show me one time when any of those three have ever, EVER acted that way in an interview and ill buy ya a steak dinner.

 

And for the others. Your really going to talk about a professional athlete not being a role model after one of you just told me I would enjoy sports more if I relaxed? So you enjoy your sports but you never idolized a professional athlete growing up? MJ, Pete Rose, Favre, nobody? I agree on the trash talking. I don't agree in taking the spotlight away from what the team achieved.

I'm a huge UK fan and I'm not upset. If it weren't for the fact that I despise Pete Carroll, that interview would encourage me to root for the Seahawks. I think you meant to say white people were the most upset. :idunno:

I'm with you. Cris Carter explained it best in that you don't go put your hands on someone like Sherman did. That is where he crossed the line. The interview? Sounded like most interviews Sherman gives.
