February 13, 201511 yr Pulled pork with Carolina mustard BBQ sauce and coleslaw with pineapple chunks in it. A little tangy with a little sweet. I know some people are weird about their BBQ sauce in that they feel like it has to be super-tomato-ey. But I've always had good success when I've done up mustard-based BBQ sauces. Never had a chance to try the real thing from Carolina; just my own interpretation of it.

February 16, 201511 yr Can't count this as dinner, but had brunch at Highland Morning on Bardstown Road today. 3.5 stars out of 4. Baja Benedict for me, Lemon lovers pancakes for the Mrs. and veggie omelet for the avatar. Good solid cuppa joe. I'll be back.
