Rode the bike trainer yesterday for 45 minutes. Got up this morning and did a hard 25 on it. Followed that with this circuit that the girlfriend and I did:

Bosu Push-Ups

Bosu Side Planks (both sides)

Bosu Squat Thrusts

Pull-Ups

Toe-To-Bar

Exercise Ball Front Plank

Exercise Ball Leg Curls

3 rounds, each exercise 30 seconds on, 15 seconds off

The girlfriend and I are about to do some shopping then some trail running/scouting for a trail I'm hoping to build.

Calling Hellbird.

How is the walking going?

Going good. I haven't walked as much as I'd like but will do my best to keep it up.

Just went for a 6 mile walk/run.

I'm still a rookie, but I have learned that one way to stick with it is plan out your week ahead of time. On long busy work days, plan a shorter workout or make that your rest day. Put more time into that walk or workout on days that you know you will have more time.

Had a super cold run last night. GF and I are about to head to my trainer for her annual Turkey Day Workout.

To kick start Thanksgiving I got up and ran 6 miles this morning. Hilly here where I am and cold; I love running in the cold though. Didn't hit it too hard with it being 26 outside but still averaged a 7:58 pace. May run 4-6 with my wife this afternoon. My favorite days to run of the year are Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve.

Max cardio conditioning and cardio abs. Check.

Hope to get out for a run later with my girl.

Calling Jumper Dad!

Hope you found some opportunities to get to the pool and continue on YOUR fitness journey.

We want to hear all about it.

For those that want to workout in their own home but don't want to buy a bunch of equipment, check out HASFIT on Youtube. Totally free and will push you to the limit on advanced routines. Has beginner, intermediate and advanced routines. One thing, if you're older or have bad knees, adjust some of the exercises so as not to injure yourself.

I haven't dieted much at all or exercised like I need to this year, so I'm determined to get back into the swing.

Finally getting healed up and healthy from my sinus infection and nasty skin ordeal. Plan on hitting it hard the next month and a half, if every thing goes as planned I will be going to training for the new job around then so I'm trying to get in as much gym time as possible until then. Keep up the good work folks and welcome to the club new faces.

I hit the gym before my Thanksgiving gym since my wife was working till the afternoon. Just picked up new a blender on Black Friday ( Ninja KS 1200). My other one sucked and made it impossible to make smoothies. Should help me finish off the year right.

Insanity - Max Cardio Conditioning was the first workout in the hybrid program , my brother and I are doing this time around.

After a week off, it was very good to be back in the game.

MAX INTERVAL CIRCUIT from Insanity, will be next up.

Got to double digits on a run for the first time since IM. 10 miles in 82 minutes. Not bad at all. Signed up for Memphis In May Triathlon!!!

MAX INTERVAL CIRCUIT from Insanity completed

Did some of my own moves, to keep the knee and back from hurting.

Being smarter this time around.

Depending if I work over tomorrow, I will hit the gym and then do day three.

Not sure which workout my brother will pick.
