December 1, 201312 yr I've been doing the Insanity DVDs every day during the colder temps to stabilize the Thanksgiving calorie equation. :lol2: Looks like some warmer temps through Thursday. I'm looking forward to hitting the trails tomorrow and the next few days. How about the rest of you? What are your plans for your own fitness journey?

Think I'm going to give it a go. I'd say you will definitely benefit in gaining strength and endurance. The only down fall is that it's not long lasting in that once you quit taking it you will notice a drop off in your performance, in addition to that you need to make sure you stay well hydrated to avoid pulling a muscle or spasms. It's a good product if you take it right.
