September 9, 201313 yr Is UKMF at your house? No but your wife should be back home in a few... :walk:
September 9, 201313 yr Next 9 vs Brewers, Cubs, and Astros. Needed to win these past 6 of 7 games and they did. Now it's time to take the Central
September 9, 201313 yr If Cozart was thrown out Dusty would never of heard the end of it for not bringing in Hamilton to pinch run. He might've been ran out of the stadium by the fans.
September 9, 201313 yr Playoff baseball 7 days in a row. Is 6-1 good? Asking for an acquaintance... :idunno: One if the few things that passes the eye test and stats.
September 9, 201313 yr If Cozart was thrown out Dusty would never of heard the end of it for not bringing in Hamilton to pinch run. Probably right, but I don't run Hamilton in that situation. For Frazier, yes. Not Cozart.
September 9, 201313 yr Wow reds are rolling. 3 with the Cubbies coming to town, I like. STL has a series with the Brew Crew, and the Bucko's go to Arlington.
September 9, 201313 yr Playing good baseball last 10. Schedule favors Redbirds big time. I believe we'll play the Buccos at home for wild card, then head to LA.
September 9, 201313 yr That is exactly what you said and now you said it twice. And frankly, I don't care what you appreciate when you confirm that that is what you believe. Funny that you never have posted that a good decision hasn't worked out. Bottom line, the result is what makes the decision, whether you want to believe it or not. At least, that's what most fans believe, especially on BGP. I have told people for years that the manager has made good decisions and the players didn't produce. You, as well as everyone else, will still bash him for it. Hell, you did when it did work. I have pointed out good decisions, but you're right that I point out the bad ones more often. I think the manager should make more good decisions than bad. I also expect good decisions from someone paid millions to make them. I agree with you when you've said earlier in the year that we have no idea how his bullpen guys are feeling and who is available on certain days so I've stayed awy from those decisions. I will however point out a bad lineup decision or pinch hitting decision.

Make sure you get that one in. It's warranted.
September 9, 201313 yr You missed Soto last night. Actually, you were the only one that didn't point that out that posts in here regularly. Make sure you get that one in. It's warranted. It was covered pretty heavily in here. I also liked leaving Cozart in rather than having Hamilton run for him.
September 9, 201313 yr Not true because no matter what the outcome it can be determined a good or bad decision. Come on CD ... you know this board would have gone nuts if Cozart didn't score on that hit. It doesn't matter if the decision was right or wrong, BGP would have blown up.
September 9, 201313 yr I didn't go down that way too many times, but yeah I was down there a little bit today. I worked the whole third base line. Through knowing that you are a vendor and were in a fraternity at NKU, I am pretty positive I saw you during that Saturday game (I was in 112). Either that or there was someone else who I recognized from an NKU fraternity that is a vendor.
