September 9, 201313 yr It was covered pretty heavily in here. I also liked leaving Cozart in rather than having Hamilton run for him. And it should've been. Agree with Cozart. He's not Hanigan, Ludwick, Meso...etc.
September 9, 201313 yr Through knowing that you are a vendor and were in a fraternity at NKU, I am pretty positive I saw you during that Saturday game (I was in 112). Either that or there was someone else who I recognized from an NKU fraternity that is a vendor. I was in 115. I must've seen him too. I was the guy in the reds polo shirt, MJ.
September 9, 201313 yr Come on CD ... you know this board would have gone nuts if Cozart didn't score on that hit. It doesn't matter if the decision was right or wrong, BGP would have blown up. Agreed. I was being facetious.

He would have been blasted by some but I didn't really have a problem with it. Not many options at SS after you take Cozart out and they don't score.
September 9, 201313 yr Just curious, did Heisey/Phillips go off on Larkin, Hershiser, and shulman after the game? They were talking about OBP again.. :lol2:

That's why I liked the non move. Cozart isn't slow like CD pointed out and I really wouldn't pull him for a runner when if they don't score they lose a lot on D and Izturis gets any possible future AB's.
September 9, 201313 yr I must admit. Right after Cozart scored I did say to my daughter, "Man, it would've been AWESOME to see Hamilton run from 1st to home."

I didn't have an issue with that either. Using Soto as a PH was indefensible. The ESPN crew was dumbfounded by it.
September 9, 201313 yr Really? HAHAHA! I should've known you weren't there as GT was watching the Reds game, not the football game.
September 9, 201313 yr Author Also, speaking about the ESPN crew...did anyone else hear Hersheiser say something about how the Reds have Chapman, who's able to go more than just 1 inning (so they can shorten games on you)? What games has Orel been watching this year?
September 9, 201313 yr HAHAHA! I should've known you weren't there as GT was watching the Reds game, not the football game. You really need to find better things to do than waste your time talking about me in a thread I'm not even a part of.

What games has Orel been watching this year? Apparently ALL ONE OF THEM! Heard that too. All of one time this season that he threw more than 1 inning. Which was followed by 2 days of rest and then 10 more days after that game..

I was wishing I had taped the broadcast, so I could rewind and listen to that over again. I'm thinking to myself "he didn't just say that, did he?" :lol2:
