All three were later identified and apprehended. The victim said he encountered at least one of the suspects in a school restroom where he alleged that the suspect tried to sell drugs to him, police said. The victim reported this to school officials, and at the end of the day, both victim and suspect rode home on the same bus, according to police.

Yeah I saw several news stories and that guy is get worked over pretty hard. Not much he could do, I hope the guys that did this get more than a slap on the wrist.

August 6, 201313 yr Why is the focus on the bus driver instead of the drug selling, 15 year old punks? It will be interesting to see what happens. My bet is that these punks are back in school and on this same bus within a few weeks. Too many laws and policies in place to protect the evil-doers.

Sounds like these kids were thugs and no one wanted to mess with them.

Three black 15-year-old boys severely assaulted a 13-year-old white boy – allegedly because the white boy had told school authorities that one of the black boys tried to sell him drugs. The fight resulted in the victim having a broken arm and two black eyes.
