Where was he going to go .... Europe?

As somebody else said in another thread, not really anywhere else for him to go. Except jail.

Did he make the announcement alongside his signature double bird salute?

I picture him coming out to a press conference with 25 women in nightgowns and theme music playing to make this announcement....

Really excited to hear about this, he adds a little personality to the SEC albeit the wrong kind. On a side note, for a college who prides itself on redshirting Miss Americas, and by judging at the females he seems to be associated with, are we sure he even goes to Ole Miss?

The D-League ain't ready for that.

He wouldn't even play in the D-League.

I think his future is as the next Jimmy Hart in wrestling.

Ditto all the above posts!:thumb:

In all honesty were there people out there that thought he may declare for the draft or has a shot at the next level? Put aside his antics, the NBA is not looking for a lot of 6'4" coming off 2 screen SGs that are not exceptionally good at shooting and could not defend a high school kid. Really, there would be no way he could create his own shot at the next level.

Maybe everyone thought he would be transferring schools again?

Just saw the ticker on the side of the page -Marshall Henderson to return to...

I would have bet money it was going to say jail.

I didn't think it was a question, shows how out of touch he is that he feels the need to make this announcement.

From the way he plays the game, just with an all out pace and effort, I love..

However, Chad Johnson and Ray Lewis also played the same way.

Unfortunately, though, they all seem to know where the camera is & that's what I don't like.
