This will basically be the Louisville Magic team with Hatton, Grundy, Green, Martin, and Snider. Add Jackson Davis and a couple other guys........

LOADED.

Exactly what I was thinking Walter....lets just hope Ellis Myles is not coaching them.

WOW. There are going to be some talented kids that don't make that team.

Am I forgetting any other kids from this class that left the state other than D'Angelo Russell?

If there is a group that is going to beat Indiana this is the one...

She's a really good player, but inviting her to try out for the boys team is a stretch:D.

How Cory Thomas from Fairdale and Jaelin Sanford from Moore are not on the list is beyond me. I believe that Roush and Schulman from DeSales are nice players, but there is not a single coach in the world, including DeSales' coach, that could suggest with a straight face that Roush and Schulman are better than Thomas or Sanford in any category (quickness, shooting, defense, rebounding, ball-handling). Bizarre!!

I was thinking the same thing. Thomas was first team all 6th region and has made the all tournament teams in The KOB, Barnstorm Classic in Fl, and the LIT. I think Fairdale's other Jr Caleb Longacre deserves a tryout the way he's steeped up as of late. How was the Jr's selected.

Just FYI: Brent is playing for the Magic this year and Hatton has moved to another team. I think maybe the TN Travelers.

Was surprised that Tyler Carr from Grant Co. didn't get a shot. One of the best in the 8th region this year. Helton over Moeves from Walton?

Congratulations to the kids who get a chance to make the team.

Walter said Hatton is on the EYBL team out of Lexington.

Yes that's them. They're labeling them KY Travelers I think but it's the TN Travelers group. I don't know if they're creating an additional 17U team or just expanding the base of players by adding a location in KY. These EYBL teams are limited on the number of out-of-state players they can Roster.

Congrats to everyone being considered. Especially to the local (yes, I consider Fleming County to be local) quartet - Bach, Burns, Steward and Shawn Johnson.
