All head coaches are sent a ballot from the Ky All Stars organization. They are to nominate 10 Juniors they have seen that they think deserve a tryout to the Jr. All star. It is very similar to the senior tryout ballot. Only difference is the Sr. ballott includes top 3 choices for Mr. Basketball. The KABC's paid members only vote for player of the year, another player deserving of playing in the KABC's East/West game, and coach of the year in their respective regions. You do not have to be a paid member of the KABC to vote for Mr. Basketball or for kids to get a tryout for the Jr's
