Dude isn't quick enough and fades away on EVERYTHING, even FTs. :lol: I thought he showed an ability to drive, but like everyone else, struggled once encountering Nerlens. The one block Nerlens had on him that sent Henderson to the floor was beautiful. :lol:
January 30, 201313 yr Starting to see why so many felt Nerlens was the best rim protector to come around in a LONG time. His ability to alter every shot taken at the rim is remarkable... He's much more disciplined too. He's not getting completely out of rebounding position when he goes for the block like he was at the beginning of the year. He also doesn't go for every fake.
January 30, 201313 yr Henderson is a joke. His 15 minutes are over, and hopefully we dont have to hear from him again. I can honestly say if he was on my team I would not be proud, or pleased. Anyways, great win for the Cat's it was much needed. Hopefully they can build of this momentum and take it to College Station this weekend.
January 30, 201313 yr Nerlens Noel is the best defensive college bball player, I've ever seen, or heard of. He did an amazing job with 4 fouls he willed this team to win what a beast!
January 30, 201313 yr The two blocks of two handed slam dunk attempts were incredible. Most guys won't even stick a hand in there on those. Ole Miss fans were already cheering the dunks and then they were blocked I have never seen anything like it before!

That is the one area Davis was really good at, was that Davis even if he didn't get the block was able to be in good position still for the rebound. Nerlens is starting to get better at that now too. I love it!
January 31, 201313 yr Nice game by Polson. He is doing a nice job with the minutes he gets. I trust him with the ball. He has fight in him and he has guts. I am pleasantly surprised with what he is doing to help this team. :thumb: Absolutely! Polson just goes out and does what his coach tells him to do. Also a Kentucky kid that knows what that name "Kentucky" across the jersey's chest means.

Difference is Cal really sat on Cousins hard, Cousins finally bought in to what Cal was trying to get across. Big difference imo, you seem to like the Henderson kid and that's fine, your opinion and I respect that. Maybe you just like to disagree with me, I don't know. January 31, 201313 yr If anything, Cal should be credited for an amazing job handling Cousins. Henderson is what he is. Its antic after antic after antic. Slamming the ball down... throwing ice at the fans... arguing with the coach about taking himself out? There is a reason why he can't last more than a year on a team. It's a sort of a shame because somewhere in all of that the kid can play a little. :thumb: Actually I think that Henderson could have easily been called for one technical, maybe two. The one where he placed the ball on the floor and walked away imo was trying to show up the ref and draw attention to himself. I loved it when they made him go back and pick it up. The other one was the throwing of the ice, that was debatable bc he was getting the ice off the floor. Henderson just threw it as hard as he could into the stands, typical "look at me" antics. I know that we have spent way too much time talking about the little punk, I am just going to consider the source, laugh at him and go on......... A&M is up next.
