I would say it is possible but that is purely speculation on my part.

When the principal saw that your name wasn't on the list he was so excited he went to the store to buy some new bow ties.

That's only because he thinks State Titles is overrated and didn't want to bog the fans down with a lot of travel in the fall every year :clap:

Still doesn't keep people from applying. "Look at me. I'm a great coach. You will surely have to hire me as a teacher." It was good of Brossart to be up front about it and say there is no teacher job. Districts have there hands tied like never before when it comes to hiring.

 

Very true and there is no good answer. In a strong economy more money is available but district funds are tight and it's tough for them create jobs the way they used to.

 

With no real solutions I think it is best for coaches to be certified in as many positions as possible with their masters and rank 1 degrees so there are more opportunities out there. Or get certified in math:D.

No, my understanding is they are still doing interviews and follow up interviews. I did hear they were going to move quick so that the new coach was in place for Spring Practice.

Depending on who you talk to the information about the finalist and number of finalist are different.

Only 12 days til Spring practice begins. Scheduled for 3/18.
