Shoulder still ailing. It's been two months. Guy I work out with is telling me I have a tear in my delt. He said he can see it. Looking in the mirror I do see a difference than opposite shoulder. MRI was Friday. Open sided is the way to go. Anyway, Advanced Arthritis. Bone Spurs. Bursitis. Partial tear of the rotator cuff. Next the ortho. Big fun.

At the tail end of week 3 of Insanity. Jumping higher, running faster and really pushing. Very sore right now, but looking forward to tomorrow's workout. I'm insane. :lol2:

I got the Mumford Procedure done in 2001 to help w/ the spurs and arthritis. The rotator cuff, good luck. Hopefully you only need to clean out the shoulder and only need the rehab to help out with the rotator cuff.

Body fat is down to 10.5%!

Mines within 10 of that. :ylsuper: Mines getting lower I can definitely see a big difference in my appearance since this time last year. I'm not sure mine get's below 13 without me starting to leak a little freakish because of how I'm built.

I haven't weighed 150 since HS and then my body fat was right around 7-8%. I couldn't imagine weighing 45 lbs less than I do right now, do you have an ultimate goal in mind on where you want to be for your BF%?
